Lowongan Kerja di Bumi Aki bagian HR Training & Development.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Conduct training material to be adjusted with the company needs
• Responsible to select appropriate training methods or activities ( simulatiuons, mentoring, on the job training, etc) and stay up to date on new training methods
• Responsible for the assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
• Training need analysis, Matrix training, Module 

 Persyaratan:

1. Male/Female , Max. Age 28 years old
2. S1 anymajor
3. Prior experience min. 1 years as trainer (preferably in F&B Industry)
4. Candidate should be presentable with strong communication and speech skills
5. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Possitive attitude and a strong work ethics
